1) When will my order been shipped
Usually we will send out the goods within 3 working days and provide the tracking number. If you need to buy in bulk, please contact our customer service staff by email.
2) When will my order be delivered?
Delivery time depends on your area. Australia, New Zealand, Europe and USA is usually around 10-15 working days. Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore delivery time is about 8-10 working days. Please mail us to check the logistics details.
3) Do you offer discreet shipping?
Discreet shipping is very important to many of us. Shipping labels will not include sensitive words like sex toys, dildos, etc. They are also packaged in a corrugated cardboard box or mail bag without any pictures or company descriptions.
